After a complimentary consultation we will decide together how Lair AuPair can better manage your to-do list and tasks. We can research, arrange, and manage contractors, set up and maintain utility accounts, grocery shop and keep your refrigerator and pantry stocked, run errands, build care packages, and coordinate hosting at-home events such as birthday parties, dinner parties, and luncheons. The options are fully customizable as every household has unique needs.

Away from Home Manager.

Whether you’re going away for a day or ten Lair AuPair will keep your house functioning while you’re gone. We can collect, forward, and send mail and packages, check on plumbing, pools and utilities, perform perimeter checks, meet anyone you have coming to the house in your absence, re-stock your refrigerator and pantry, and provide a tidy and welcoming home upon your return.

Party Planner.

Whether you want to make your next hosting event special, or a hosting space in your home is in need of a decor refresh, Lair AuPair will do the planning and decorating for you. From seasonal decor to dinner party tablescapes we can make your vision a reality.

Relocation Concierge.

Wherever your new home may be, Lair AuPair can research new service providers, and make first-time appointments on your behalf. Moving is stressful, and planting new roots is difficult, so Lair AuPair aims to make transitioning easier.
